The Musée de l'art culinaire, located in France, with its eight exhibition-rooms, was created in 1966, in the house where Auguste Escoffiere, the famous chef, was born (1846-1935).

He has created the Peach Melba and has promoted Palaces like the Savoy and the Carlto in London, and the Ritz in Paris (with Cesar Ritz). More than fifty years later, he is still the symbol fo the high quality of French cooking
